Canadian-born Pat Vellner is a life-long athlete. After an impressive career in his youth, Vellner began CrossFit training in 2013. He found an instant passion and natural skill for the sport, and quickly began dominating regional CrossFit competitions. Vellner made an explosive debut at the CrossFit Games in 2016, where he championed his way to a 3rd place podium finish and earned the title Rookie of the Year. Since his unforgettable entrance into the CrossFit world, Vellner has remained a ferocious Games competitor, landing within the top 10 six times, and the top 3 four times. Vellner continues to defend his stance at the top, sustaining his title as one of the Fittest Men on Earth.
